Radhika Vachani

Entrepreneur. Author. Thought Leader

I have spent my life moving between worlds — fashion and technology, business and philosophy, ambition and inquiry. What connects them is a curiosity about people, possibility, and what we become through the businesses we create and the worlds that we build.

Built.

Questioned.

Evolved.

A life across entrepreneurship, creativity, leadership, and inner well-being.

The creative room. The boardroom. The finance room. The yoga room. The world outside all of them. Each one changed how I saw the world and the work I created.

I have never been interested in living in just one room.

I have spent my life moving between worlds — fashion and technology, business and philosophy, ambition and inquiry. What connects them is a curiosity about people, possibility, and what we become through the businesses we create and the worlds that we build.

Fashion was my first language of entrepreneurship.

Fashion and culture remain an inherent part of my world — a continuing thread of creativity, identity, storytelling, and reinvention.

New York taught me to look differently, and changed my sensibilities forever.

New York was a fever dream, and I was an intoxicated young woman, eager to discover my identity in this extraordinary collision of people, culture, creativity, and possibility.

It expanded my vocabulary.

Music. Art. Fashion. People from everywhere. Ideas colliding constantly.

It was a city that made experimentation feel natural — where creativity wasn’t confined to a studio or a gallery, but spilled into the streets.

Neither safe nor polished, it was an electric tapestry woven from grit, glamour, rebellion, and raw talent where everything seemed to drip with creative edginess.

In Silicon Valley, I stepped into the next chapter, learning what it meant to build with speed.

Here, the pace changed completely.

I co-founded and served as COO of Blue Chip Telecom, scaling the company to US$40M (Rs 400 crores) during the dot-com era in just under 10 years.

It was my hands-on MBA, in building, leading, risk, failure, resilience, and what it takes to keep moving when everything around you is changing.

In 2010, I founded Yogacara. What began as a holistic wellbeing institution soon evolved into a global community exploring greater clarity, presence, and purpose.

A different kind of development.

My love for yoga and holistic well-being led me away from telecom and the outer world of constant doing, into the inner world of silence, grace, and beauty.

I studied under renowned yoga and meditation masters, and over time, my in-depth study became a serious inquiry into awareness, the choices we make, and how we impact the world around us.

The outer work taught me how to build. The inner work changed the way I understood the builder.

My writing and public conversations sit at the intersection of entrepreneurship, human development, conscious business and the inner life behind what we create.

My next book, The Swing Route, takes that inquiry into moments of profound disruption, exploring what happens when everything falls apart, and how clarity, presence, and purpose can become a compass for what comes next.

Writing is my sacred space, where I make sense of what I have lived.

Just Breathe grew from the same inquiry that has shaped much of my life: how do we meet change, uncertainty, and ourselves with greater awareness?

Curiosity has always

taken me beyond the obvious path.

I’ve come to understand the interconnectedness of our world.

Traveling far and wide has expanded my view of what it means to live consciously — and to recognise that how we live, lead, and create is always connected to something larger than ourselves.

Built across

cities, cultures, and rooms....

I’ve learned to live, laugh, and take life a little less seriously.

The people I’ve met, the worlds I’ve been invited into, and the perspectives I have encountered along the way have taught me humility, challenged the way I think, expanded the way I see, and deepened my understanding of what it means to lead, build, and be human.

Along the way, I’ve built meaningful relationships and a global portfolio of clients that spans individuals, leaders, and organizations across diverse industries and contexts.

Entrepreneurship is an inside-out journey. Who you are shapes what you build.

The work I am now building.

Today, Yogacara brings together entrepreneurship, leadership, and inner well-being in a Founder Development practice focused on the person behind the business.

We work with founders when the next evolution of their business requires an evolution of the founders themselves. Because growing a business isn’t only about what you build. It’s also about who you become as you build it.

This personal growth retreat opened me in ways I cannot fully describe. I arrived cautiously, not realizing how deeply I needed it until I was here. What unfolded was unexpected — I came as a mother and wife, and left also awakened to the artist within me.
